These six-ounce cookies are huge and stay incredibly moist inside while the edges have a perfect golden crunch. The raisins are so plump and sweet, they really make every bite worth it.
Biting into one, the outside had that perfect golden crunch while the inside stayed soft and buttery—the raisins were plump and sweet, not dry at all. I ordered the box of eight and they’re so generously sized that one feels like a full dessert.
