These cookies were gone within minutes at the office—the outside had that perfect golden crunch while the inside stayed soft and moist. The raisins were surprisingly plump and sweet, and at six ounces each, one was honestly more than enough.

Baked these up for a family gathering and the golden-brown outside gave way to such a moist, buttery center—six ounces is no joke, these are substantial. Everyone kept going back for another slice, and the raisins stayed plump and sweet throughout.

The plump raisins are what sold me—every bite is packed with them, and the cookie stays surprisingly moist even a few days in. At six ounces each, one is honestly a full meal, and the buttery richness is exactly what I hoped for.
