The Raspberry Pistachio cookie has such a nice contrast between the sweet fruit and the savory nut. I was worried they’d be too rich for summer, but these are actually lighter than I expected. Perfect for an afternoon snack with iced tea.
Perfectly balanced — the Rocky Road is rich and fudgy with just the right amount of crunch from the nuts, while the Raspberry Pistachio is surprisingly bright and not too sweet. These cookies are dense and satisfying, not dry or crumbly like some. I've already ordered another box to share.
